Mary Wanzer is a respected real estate professional with over two decades of experience serving Ketchikan and Southeast Alaska. Licensed since 2000, Mary has consistently ranked among the area’s top-producing agents, earning a reputation for results-driven performance, strategic negotiation, and unwavering client advocacy.

In 2010, Mary co-founded Coastal Real Estate Group, where she served as Broker and helped grow the firm into the market leader it is today. After many successful years leading the company, Mary and her partners sold their ownership interest, and she stepped down as Broker to focus more intentionally on her clients and spend additional time with family. This transition allows her to bring the same high-level expertise and leadership, now fully dedicated to helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Mary is proud to hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, placing her among the top tier of real estate professionals nationwide. This distinction reflects her extensive experience, advanced training, and commitment to excellence in both residential and commercial real estate.

Her ongoing engagement reflects a genuine investment in the long-term vitality of the community she calls home.

When she’s not working with clients, Mary enjoys everything Southeast Alaska has to offer—boating, fishing, hiking, and spending time at her remote cabin.
