Terry Wanzer is an Associate Broker and co-owner of Coastal Real Estate Group. He has been a licensed real estate agent in Alaska since 1977. In that time, he has been an agent, associate broker, broker and owner in the Ketchikan real estate market. Terry is a keen observer and participant in the Ketchikan residential and commercial real estate market and he believes what he does for himself, he does for his clients and customers.

Having invested most of his time and energy into the community of Ketchikan – Terry lives real estate Alaska style. Terry has lived in Alaska for 40 years and he has held many titles and worked in many fields in that time. Early in his Alaskan lifetime, Terry worked in commercial fishing, logging and on the first pipeline. In more recent times, Terry works hard to enrich and support the local economy. Professionally vested in the hospitality industry, Terry is well-versed at what it takes to run a successful hotel and restaurant in Alaska, having owned and operated "The Landing Best Western" for over 25 years.

Terry believes in giving back to the community that gives so much to its residents. He is a founding member and the current president of Historic Ketchikan. He was appointed by the Governor to the State of Alaska Workforce Development Board and also serves on the board for the Pioneers Home of Ketchikan and the Alaska Hotel and Lodging Executives.
