Terry Wanzer is an Associate Broker and co-owner of Coastal Keller Williams Realty, Alaska Group. He has been a licensed real estate agent in Alaska since 1977. In that time, he has been an agent, associate broker, broker and owner in the Ketchikan real estate market.
