Andy Cummings fell in love with Ketchikan after his first trip to Southeast Alaska in the summer of 2013. The following summer, Andy made his dream of living in Ketchikan a reality. Eager to embrace his new lifestyle and career change, Andy immersed himself in all that Ketchikan has to offer- the beautiful scenery, friendliness of the people and slower pace of life that is unique to this place we call home.

Originally from southern California, Andy started his career serving in the U.S Air Force before becoming a commercial underwater diver repairing cruise ships and doing underwater construction. It was that very job that brought him to Ketchikan where he discovered his passion for real estate. Andy specializes in residential and commercial sales and property management. He has firsthand knowledge of the buying and selling process having bought and sold his own commercial/ residential properties. All in all, Andy offers his clients a depth of knowledge from buying to selling, to building on land or underwater!
