Andy Cummings fell in love with Ketchikan after his first trip to Southeast Alaska in the summer of 2013. The following summer, Andy, his wife and two children made their dream of living in Ketchikan a reality. Happy to embrace the beautiful scenery, friendliness of the people and slower pace of life in Ketchikan – they've not looked back to the hustle and bustle they left behind.

Andy has always been drawn to oceanfront living. He lived in southern California, working as a commercial diver repairing cruise ships and doing underwater construction for 18 years. He's also been a General Contractor and served in the U.S. Air Force. All in all, Andy offers his clients a depth of knowledge from buying to selling, to building on land or underwater!
